Your solution should strengthen apprentices, increase their motivation, and build a strong, long-term connection to the company.

Guiding Questions

  • How does your format foster appreciation for apprentices and help prevent dropouts?
  • How can the format/program be integrated into daily operations?
  • How can the format be easily transferred from one store to other locations?

Additional Requirements

  • Target group: Commercial apprentices (sales, fresh food counters, logistics, administration)
  • Human factor: The format should be engaging, interactive, and playful
  • Timeframe: Continuous support from onboarding to graduation; not a one-time event
  • Reality check: Consider staff shortages; limited time for bureaucratic initiatives

 

What We Are Not Looking For

  • One-off effects: no apprentice outings or PR events without lasting impact
  • Standard trainings or seminars without interaction
  • Expensive VR solutions or complex dashboards
  • Academic papers without directly implementable measures
