• Innovativeness: is this idea/ service/ technology new and innovative?
• Wow – effect: does this idea/solution/suggestion blow our minds?
• Relevant sources: is it backed by the right & relevant sources?
• Detailed description: is the description clear and gives the right insights into the topic?
• Clear benefit: does it describe concrete benefits for the municipality?
